Flexeril

• 5-10 mg PO tid
• 5 mg PO qd in elderly pts; Max: 30 mg/day, duration 2-3wks
• Muscle spasms associated with acute, painful musculoskeletal conditions.
• Off-label use: fibromyalgia
• Effective for first 2 weeks, peaking in the first few days.
  • no proven benefits when used after 2 weeks
